My husband and I got married very recently and I am so pleased we booked Rhon to capture our wedding. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!
From the moment we first spoke about it in consultation, I knew she would be a great fit. She was very personable, friendly, considerate of details, accommodating, organised, helpful in reminding us of things we might not have considered and has such a calm demeanour.
The pre-wedding process was excellent. She went through our requirements thoroughly before the day so there were no questions to ask when we got there.
On the day, I could feel she knew what she was doing so there was no stress. We could just let her get on with what she was doing as we got ready. We could almost forget she was there, as she was carefully catching moments without us noticing.
I was very specific about who I wanted around me on the wedding morning as I really wanted to keep a calm, light and fun atmosphere around me and she contributed well to both the peace in the house as well as the laughs.
We have a big family so getting group pictures wasn't easy. lol! She was very patient but assertive and showed no signs of frustration. In our personal shots she had great ideas for positioning and made us feel really comfortable. She also told us ahead of time about little things we could do for better pictures.
There's so much more I could say but I'll end this by saying Rhon was absolutely the right person for the job and if I had to go back and redo the day, I'd book her all over again.

An absolutely beautiful photographer through and through! We have just received large prints and gallery frames of our wedding day ordered directly through Rhon and quite simply they are STUNNING! From the moment Rhon walked through the door at my parents last November I was instantly at ease, her beautiful personality and way with us made it feel like an old friend had come over. Not being the most comfortable in front the camera this was perfect and exceeded all expectations of how I thought I was going to feel!
I will treasure her documentary style photographs she captured of us getting ready to go to the church forever… she even managed to get some gorgeous snaps of my, then 3 month old son, who chilled in the midst of us women prepping for the big day.
The snaps from the church captured the intimacy of the ceremony, while still making sure to showcase its beautiful architecture, which was super important for us as it carries a family history of celebrations.
Confetti shots, group shots, shots of the little details & ones of people’s reactions - all helped us relive our wedding day when looking through the finished album! We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer, that captured everything we could have hoped for!
As a couple who never remember to get photos together, we now have a selection of colour and black and white ones that we will hold close and dear to us forever!
